No refunds, exchanges only on unworn boots in new condition with tags and original packaging. Getting your first pair may be a bit tricky because of the sizing, we will cover your return shipping for your size exchange!
Exchange Window
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are still attached and the item is in its original packaging.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in their original condition. This means no signs of wear, no alterations, and all original tags must still be attached.
Shipping
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is defective or was sent in error by us, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Getting your first pair may be a bit tricky because of the sizing, we will cover your return shipping for your size exchange!
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within the 30-day return window. Simply return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color. You'll receive a refund for the original item and can proceed with the payment for the new item.
