What is the return policy?
Purchases both on CHEROSBOOTS.COM or In-Stores are EXCHANGE ONLY.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale unless the item is not available to be fulfilled, in that case customer will be offered the options to A. Refund/Cancel Transaction, B. Pick from our more extensive in-store options, C. Store Credit for a future drop.
Items marked as FINAL SALE in the listing are not returnable or exchangeable.
Exchanges
Size didn't work out for you? We know it can be tricky trying new boot brands out sometimes as everyone as their give and take with the shoe last sizing, so if your new boots from Chero's Boots didn't work out in size for you, send them over to the return address and we will get your proper size sent out for you.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders processed by 12PM Monday through Friday will be fulfilled and droppedoff for delivery same day. Ground Advantage can take from 2-5 business days depending on location, and Priority Mail can take 1-3 days. The United States Postal Service is our preferred carrier but we also offer other options for your own preference.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, and our custom orders are made in El Paso, TX, USA. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Our Non-Sale Chero's Premium Exotic Boots ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage, and if you're close enough to us you'll get lucky and get an option for free USPS Priority delivery.
Sizing
Women's
All women's fits true to size, in-step can be stretched if needed. At the moment we are not able to stretch out the shafts for better fitment of the calves.
